Modify or adapt the Course Materials or Documentation or merge it into another program,

 

Place the Course Materials or Documentation onto a server so that it is accessible via a public network such as the Internet, or

You may not transfer your rights to use the Course Materials and Documentation to another person.

Monthly Subscriptions: You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Membership monthly subscription. Any refund request after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time after the initial THIRTY (30) Days has passed.

 

Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your  yearly subscription. 

 

Renewals of the yearly subscription: We endvaour to contact you via email that renewal is approaching and the program we automatically renewal 365 days later, unless we are notified by email, that you wish to cancel.

 

 

Once we have received your answers for the Custom Track, we are unable to refund you as the recording process will begin. At no time can refunds be given during recording or you receiving your custom track, as the value exceeds the amount you purchased. 

 

Your custom track will be delivered within 14 working days.  

 

Paul Clough's products, including Memberships is for individual registration only. Access will be cancelled with more than 1 person using the course and a refund will be denied.

 

To ensure that your product is not lost or damaged, we strongly recommend sending the product certified mail with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund.

 

Valid proof of returning a product includes: delivery confirmation or signature required via USPS etc. If the customer has delivery confirmation or signature required, then a full refund will be issued.

 

Due to loss or missing or slow mail, we will honor any package that is postmarked for up to one year after the purchase of the product.

 

 

 Membership Subscriptions automatically renew each month or year (when paid yearly) at the stated retail price until the subscription buyer notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Please refer to Returns & Subscription Cancellations section above.

 

 

Paul is committed to providing all clients in his work with a positive Program experience and is also very protective of memberships or courses. It is a special program and he holds the right to terminate any membership at his discretion. By purchasing Memberships/Courses, Client agrees that the Paul may, at his sole discretion, terminate memberships/courses, and limit, suspend, or terminate Client’s participation in the Program without refund or forgiveness of monthly payments if Client becomes disruptive to Company or Participants, Client fails to follow the Program guidelines, is difficult to work with, impairs the participation of the other participants in the Program, upon violation of the terms as determined by Company or where Paul feels as a member you are not a good fit for his courses. Client will still be liable to pay the total contract amount. Once canceled the user will no longer have access to courses or there content.
